The current public site is not intentionally built around advertising profiles. Essential infrastructure may use technical identifiers for delivery, forms and security.
What this notice covers
This notice explains how NCIERGE.com may use cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, pixels or tags. These technologies can remember a choice, support secure delivery or help a website understand how it is used.
The Privacy Notice explains how related information is handled more broadly.
Our current position
The public NCIERGE website is not intentionally designed around cross-site advertising, data-broker profiling or behavioural advertising cookies. Essential infrastructure or security services may still place short-lived technical identifiers needed to deliver and protect the site.
If optional analytics, personalization or marketing technologies are introduced, this notice and the relevant visitor choices will be updated before they are intentionally enabled.
Technology categories
Strictly necessary. Used for security, network management, routing, form delivery, fraud prevention and other functions required for the site to operate. Disabling them may prevent part of the site from working.
Preferences. Remember a choice such as language, display or consent status. These should be optional unless the choice is necessary to provide a requested function.
Analytics. Help understand visits and performance. Where consent is required, optional analytics will remain off until that choice is made.
Advertising. Used to build profiles or measure campaigns across services. NCIERGE does not intentionally use this category on the current public site.
Your choice
Where non-essential technology requires permission, NCIERGE will provide a clear way to accept or decline it. Refusing an optional category should not prevent access to general public content.
You can also inspect, block or delete website data through browser settings. Blocking all storage may affect forms, security or saved preferences. Browser controls operate independently from NCIERGE.
Browser privacy signals
Browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not interpreted consistently across all services. We will respond to recognized signals where supported and required by applicable law.
Third-party links and services
An external site reached through a link applies its own cookie and privacy practices. NCIERGE does not control storage placed by a third party after you leave NCIERGE.com.
Infrastructure providers acting for NCIERGE may process technical data only for the service, security and reliability purposes assigned to them.
Changes and contact
We may revise this notice when the website or its technology changes. The date at the top identifies the current published version.
