This is a living statement. It describes the standard we are working toward and does not overstate the audit status of early product mockups or external services.
Our commitment
NCIERGE wants its public information to be usable by the widest practical audience, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control or reduced-motion settings.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing design, content and engineering responsibility, not a one-time statement.
The standard guiding the work
Our current reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2, Level AA. This statement describes our direction and practices; it is not a claim that every page, prototype or third-party service has completed an independent conformance audit.
What we consider
Work includes semantic page structure, keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient contrast, meaningful alternative text, labelled forms, understandable validation, text resizing, responsive layouts and respect for reduced-motion preferences.
We also aim to keep language direct, link purpose clear and important information independent of colour, motion or position alone.
Known limitations
Early product mockups are images used to explain product direction and are not functional application screens. Some older visual assets, documents, embedded services or external pages may not yet provide the same level of access as the core website.
Where a barrier is identified, we will assess its impact and prioritize a practical correction or accessible alternative.
Alternative access
If content or a function cannot be used in its published form, contact us and describe what you need. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information through a suitable alternative format or communication method.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or disability. The page, task and barrier are usually enough for us to begin.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email reach@ncierge.com with the subject “Accessibility feedback.” If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology involved.
We will acknowledge the message, assess the barrier and provide a response or next step. Requests are handled with respect for privacy.
Review and improvement
We review shared components and important journeys as the site changes. New content should reuse accessible patterns, and material issues should be recorded, prioritized and retested after correction.
Third-party services remain responsible for their own accessibility, but we consider accessibility when selecting and reviewing services that affect a NCIERGE journey.
